Archie Bransford serves as Operating Partner for Legacy Two Advisors. He brings over 30 years of broad leadership experience in financial regulation. He is the owner of Bransford & Associates, LLC, a consultancy focused on regulatory and risk management for community and midsized banks. His work includes guiding Boards of Directors on governance, internal controls, and risk management.

Previously, Mr. Bransford served as Deputy Comptroller for the Southern District of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where he co-led the supervision of over 700 banks. His responsibilities included ensuring effective supervision, identifying and rehabilitating troubled banks, and maintaining sufficient staffing for examinations.

He also served on the Board of Directors for State Bank Financial Corporation (now Cadence Bancorporation), where he chaired the Audit and Risk Committees. Mr. Bransford holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Detroit.
